When you are chasing your dreams and trying to accept your fabulous you will be faced with difficult decisions. These decisions can either propel your trajectory towards your goals or throw them completely off course. What decisions am I referring to? I'm glad you asked.
1. Safety net or not? For many our safety net is our steady paycheck. It is hard to decide to give up that sure direct deposit that hits your account every two weeks. I would never advocate anyone leaving their job to chase their dreams if they have not saved 3-6 months or more living expenses and have a concrete action plan. Do you want to stay at that job that you sometimes hate or do you want to walk in your purpose?
2. To buy the program or not? There is a speaker that I admire and she kills the game. Her delivery is amazing. She recently started a mastermind class and I really wanted to join it. I started to join but then thought I don't need to join every class, buy all these courses and attend all these retreats. Why? Because none of those things matter if you are not going to take what you learned and apply them. Stop wasting money and put that money towards your dreams.
3. Follow the leader or not? I know some pretty fabulous women and it is easy to emulate things that they do. You know join the same networking groups, attend certain events, support their businesses. The trouble with that is it is easy to get caught up in other folk's business that you lose focus on your own. Your brand becomes a white washed version of theirs. It's okay to admire successful people but don't try to copy everything they do. Your brand is unique to you.
There will be plenty of difficult decisions you will have to make on your path to fabulous. There are two key things I want you to remember. First, make decisions that will help you achieve your goals not hinder them. You want to make decisions that you will be proud of. Will you always make the right decision? Absolutely not and I call those decisions life lessons.
Second, whether good or bad make a choice. Don't let fear and indecision stop you from being FABULOUS!
Until next time be Blessed and Fabulous!
